LME SINAMAR® – Color Malt Extract

LME SINAMAR® is a roasted malt extract produced in accordance with the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) and made exclusively from CARAFA® Special malt. It is vacuum concentrated at low temperatures to deliver high color intensity with excellent stability.

This extract is de-bittered, naturally filtered, and pH stable, ensuring clear results without turbidity. It contains no fermentable sugars or alcohol and does not affect flavor.
